Sonam blends corporate precision with genuine empathy. Known for her integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality, she supports clients and families with care and professionalism, helping create a safe and trusted environment.

Marie Bourke  |  Counsellor

Marie has spent a lifetime dedicated to education, counselling, and community work across the globe. She has worked in education and counselling for 45 years in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and Africa. Marie integrates mind, body, and spirit in her practice.

Georgette is an experienced therapist passionate about helping people understand how life experiences shape them. She supports teens, adults, and families with empathy, helping them process challenges, strengthen relationships, and move toward a more fulfilling life.

Tahira is a culturally sensitive counsellor supporting women who feel unseen or overwhelmed. She offers a safe, inclusive space in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, helping clients rebuild boundaries, honour their identity, and restore emotional wellbeing.

Zarah is a PACFA-certified counsellor who brings warmth, insight and a holistic, non-judgemental approach to her work. She supports people navigating grief, relationships, disability and chronic illness, drawing on Narrative, Solution-Focused and ACT therapies, and a deep belief in the healing power of each person’s story.
