" I never thought this would happen to me and I had no idea I could access support for myself. Until I came to counselling, I had not realised I was enabling my child in their addiction. Counselling has helped me learn to cope in our relationship. "
" I felt so entangled in a web of manipulation, I felt hopeless. In coming to counselling I learned to regain my strength and make sense of what was happening in our home. Talking with my counsellor helped me take small steps to manage the chaos."
" I felt so hopeless, counselling empowered me to look after myself. "
" My partner is really sick, and I didn’t know how to help him because he shut me out. Coming to counselling has helped give me strategies. "
" Often I’m so overwhelmed that I don’t do anything and just bury myself in whatever is happening around me. All I needed to do was take the first step in asking for help. "
